“What a great bunch of guys. They turned up promptly, incredibly professional and super efficient. If anyone needs swift boxes installed on their Georgian townhouses that are too tall for ladders, these are your guys. I would have no hesitation recommending them, and their amazing services. Watching them navigate the sheer drop with ease and skill was joyful.”

Google2026-09-21“The team at Edinburgh Rope Access are just fantastic. Experts in their field and really easy to deal with. Tricky job in cold and wet conditions to remove three very heavy woodcrete swift boxes (not popular with swifts and stupidly heavy for something attached to a high wall) from the under the gutters of my tenement block and replace with four new ultra durable lightweight fibreglass swift colony boxes (3 doubles and a single box) from Impeckable which have been proven to be very attractive to swifts, and will also last more than a lifetime, making them a sensible investment for property owners wanting to help save Edinburgh's swifts from imminent extinction. First class job and thanks to the lads for their hard work and skill and I look forward to working with you again. The swift colony boxes look amazing!”

Communications from ERA office were prompt and clear and their roofing team were professional, courteous and very tidy.
All of the roof repairs were carried out without requiring scaffolding, which saved on money and all of the hassle that comes with scaffold around where you live.
Will definitely be asking them to quote again for any future roof repairs. A contractor you can trust!”

Google2026-09-21“Edinburgh Rope Access have carried out several repairs on the roof of my 1930 house now and every time I have been really happy with the service provided. I got their contact details from a neighbour who recommended them. They first came and looked at the job, provided a detailed quote and set a date for the work to happen. On each occasion they did exactly as promised and on each occasion their repairs have made a substantial difference to the dry maintenance of my old roof.
I have found Edinburgh Rope Access to be very reliable, and they're nice people to deal with.”
